- 600g soya beans
- 12 cups water
- 250g rock sugars
- 1 big cheesecloth or muslin bag
- Wash the beans briefly and soak the beans overnight.
- Drain the beans, pour water and beans into a food processor in ratio 2:1. Blend the beans into puree texture, then pour the mixture into a big soup pot. You need to repeat this step around 4-5 times.
- Heat the soup pot and add the remaining water, bring to boil. Keep stirring to prevent burning.
- Reduce to medium heat, simmer the mixture for 15 mins, keep stirring.
- Prepare a big deep bowl, place to muslin bag on the top, pour the mixture into it, collect the soya milk and squeeze the remaining from the bag.
- Add rock sugars into the soya milk, you may serve it warm or save it into a fridge.
